  • [CONFLICT] Contemporary-derived records say Annie and Annie A.; the volunteer memorial expands the name to Anna Bridget. The middle name remains unproved.
  • [CAUTION] The Dempsey site warns that in a small number of entries the listed date may be burial rather than death. Treat 9 May 1905 as a funeral-register transaction/burial-shaped date, not a proved exact death date.
