Timeline

Born at Caheratrant, Ventry

The register image gives the sixteenth, not the fifteenth as indexed. Maurice Fitzgerald, farmer of Caheratrant, was the informant and could not sign: the clerk wrote his name around a cross and added "his mark." The birth was registered a week later, on 23 March. [1]
