Her ages run about a year below her recorded birth date in each, which is ordinary. She is thought to have married and become Eileen Cunning, and to have died on 15 January 1984.

Our family tree identifies Eileen Teresa Farley as a daughter of Andrew Farley and his wife, now recorded as Mary Cooney on the strength of two civil records, and gives her birth as 12 September 1927. No birth record in this archive confirms that date or parentage. The mother’s given name remains disputed because an Army card says Annie.

A New Jersey marriage index records “FARLEY EILEEN CUMMING DANIEL A” under file 40951 in Jersey City in November 1950; the excerpt gives no exact day. The spelling is Cumming, although the family trees and later death entry use Cunning.

The 1984 death index reads “CUNNING, EILEEN … 01/15/84 … 55.” Its locality codes identify Jersey City for both residence and death. Taken together, the two state entries suggest a path from Eileen Farley to Eileen Cunning, but neither entry names her parents, and the spelling difference has not been resolved.
