What is published

The site publishes names, dates, places, bibliographic facts, links, and newly written summaries. Facts are not copied expression; nevertheless, every narrative is rewritten in a distinct structure and voice.

What is not published

Copyrighted clipping images, article transcriptions, and close paraphrases are excluded. Private messages are not reproduced. Speculation, allegations, and family theories are not presented as established fact.

Entry status

Catalog entry means the notebook contains research on the subject, but the public page deliberately makes no detailed claim. Research in progress identifies a tentative synthesis. Other labels indicate that enough information exists for a short, source-conscious account.

Corrections and care

Historical newspapers can be wrong, incomplete, or prejudiced. Names may be misspelled and identities conflated. Entries should be revised when stronger records emerge, with special care for living people and recent cases.
