Scope correction — September 8, 2026

At the user’s request, removed 23 assistant-added modern accident, safety-investigation and emergency-response entries. Each removal was verified against an earlier changelog item marked new, distinguishing generated research additions from imported pages. No imported entry was removed.

The removed entries are enumerated in the companion JSON ledger. Historical changelog references retain their titles and addition dates but no longer link to removed pages. Genuine unresolved cases, historical incidents and ecological research remain in scope. The preliminary 2025 Hammonton collision question was also removed from the mysteries guide.

These removals are a separate editorial correction and do not count toward the next 50 new or substantially updated stories.
