What am I up to? You mean like nownownow?

Teaching

At Drexel, I teach public law, American legal systems, and the regulation of technology. The common thread is helping students understand how legal institutions respond when doctrine, policy, and technology move at different speeds.

Writing

I'm working on my weekly column for Bloomberg Tax, Technically Speaking, and contributing at Forbes.

I also write the introduction to the weekly Week in Insights newsletter.

Podcasting

I host Minimum Competence and LSAT Logic Applied.

Research

I'm working on longitudinal studies in private law at TOSTracker and public law at FRTracker.

Projects

PIVOT, my daily word game, is now live on the web and iOS. I'm also developing Wallflower, a quieter client for Mastodon and Bluesky.

Misc

I can be found blabbering or adminning the esq.social Mastodon instance.

I'm in the early stages of planning new videos for our Falling Leaves Cabin YouTube channel.
