Audit and rejected leads

The prior source index was used to identify reuse. Kirby’s nomination is the only intentionally reused narrative source; the new proposal passage keeps combined public derivation below 200 words. The already heavily used Fenwick report was excluded. Fresh NPS nominations are separate from earlier short Historic Trust summaries. The HABS fire-date inconsistency was not imported. Colemantown’s inaccessible nomination was replaced by a reported historian interview, explicitly attributed. William Allen’s first downloaded asset proved to be photographs; the text nomination was separately found. The unrelated Alabama Barton Academy report was rejected. No new current operational incident is included.
