Verification and source accounting

All 15 new pages have a single main heading, explicit year metadata, sources and research limits, and an Updates navigation link. Kevin Morris uses the range 2011–2024. Narrative body lengths are 131–173 words, plus short ledes and source notes. No shared catalog files were edited.

The Coast Guard historical overview is shared only between Powhatan and New Era in this batch; its combined factual summaries remain below 200 words. Only Irelan uses Ramapo’s resolved-cases page; Goodsell uses a dedicated release. The state marker register supports approximately 50 words in Powhatan; other contributors should account for their use of that shared source. No extended direct quotations were used.

Reviewed but not adopted: Greenwood Forest 1995 (insufficient distinctive evidence in this pass), original 1844 newspaper leads for Oriental (identified but not separately inspected), unsupported Sindia treasure lore, and popular Morro Castle arson theories. The final scope substitutes the separately documented 1896 Atlantic City collision for Greenwood. No additional contribution is counted for these rejected leads.
