Round three: fifteen community stories — 7 September 2026

Integration ledger: round-three-community-items.json. All fifteen are new subjects; no previous entry is counted again. Shared indexes and changelog belong to root.

Method and source accounting

Browsed institutional accounts, repository finding aids, preservation studies and original document images. Downloaded PDFs were text-extracted selectively; the Smithville PDF includes repeated earlier nominations, later amendments and correspondence, not one uninterrupted historical essay. Its cited labor section was read as part of the expanded documentation. The entire document is one source budget. No manuscript minute books are claimed as read merely because their finding aids were examined.

The reused THS auto-tour page supplies only identification of the Knight-Pepper property; substantive transaction facts come from independently inspected original deed/mortgage scans. No additional narrative is derived from the previously used THS oral-history collection, Cutts1939 history, Hampton Gate page or school hub. Dedicated dairy/poultry pages are newly used. Short primary-derived summaries leave room for the integration descriptions. Modern retrospective accounts remain attributed, with records distinguished from later interpretation.

Reviewed but not pursued

DrJamesBuddHouse search did not establish a suitable local subject. Nixon/DoughtyStore would have depended heavily on previously used oral histories; replaced with MedfordLakes. THS homestead gallery is useful for identification but too thin by itself for a new narrative. HistoricInhabitants contains valuable family/work photographs, but unverified captions and extensive genealogical material were not treated as independent life histories.

Validation

All fifteen contain one h1, data-year, status, factbox, three narrative sections, sources/limits and Updates navigation. All repository-local outgoing targets checked. No shared catalog files, git operations or external communications by this agent.
