Selection and final audit
Fifteen distinct new pages, compared with the 255-entry starting catalog. Every manifest item has an existing HTML file, year metadata, research date and Updates navigation. No shared catalog or changelog edits. Single-source badges corrected.
Initial older-story update candidates (Carranza, Imbo/Petrone, Reso, Black Saturday, Bomarc and Bass River 1977) were not counted: prior rounds already covered the accessible evidence. Tentative aviation leads were replaced with the verified Medford 2017 and Hammonton 2023 accidents. Denise Smith remained a source-development lead; no entry was padded from the limited result set.
Source budgets: public narratives generally contain 140–165 words plus short ledes, distributed between cited sources where applicable. Valiante is longer but draws separately on a laboratory letter, background reporting and a later legal-disposition report. Shared DEP release 23/P050 contributes fewer than 200 words across Allen Road and Jimmy’s Waterhole combined. No CBS or Washington Post material is quoted or paraphrased into these pages. No graphic detail or internet suspect speculation adopted.
Public-status checks were conducted September 7, 2026. Dates in charges and appeals remain historical where current official dockets were inaccessible; no-result searches are not treated as proof of internal investigative status.
