As a Practice Professor of Law, I’m teaching LAW-110: American Legal Systems at Drexel Kline School of Law in the undergraduate department, as well as a new course: Law, Technology, & Regulation.

Writing

I continue to write my weekly column “Technically Speaking” for Bloomberg Tax, as well as writing the introduction to the weekly newsletter “Week in Insights”

I am a contributor to Forbes Taxes section.

Misc

I have a weekly (on weekdays) legal news podcast, Minimum Competence.
